Autism: experimental work and research.

I became fascinated by autism in February 2008 while watching the film The Black Balloon in Sydney. Throughout 2008/2009 I researched and wrote a dissertation about the visual thought of designers and its relation and parallels with autism and also produced several pieces of experimental work influenced by my writing. In 2010, research continues, as does a lot of cycling.

This work stands at 3 metres tall and is a visual representation of Bach's Prelude in C. The colours represent different notes. The holes represent the finger by which the note is play. The height of each note represents the octave. Special thanks to Jules Rendell.
